Choose this product if you wish to rent out the ranch for a 6 hour event. For open bar, an additional $350 per 10 people will be charged. Hors d'oeuvres are included, provided by Ollie's Hors d'Oeuvres. Dinner is included for up to 50 people, for any additional meals a rate of $100 per 5 people will be applied.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded 85% if you cancel with 30 days of notice. If you cancel with less than 30 days until your event, you will receive a 75% refund; however, if you cancel your event with less than one week of notice, you will only be refunded 50%. If Richards' Ranch is at fault for the cancellation, you will have the choice of rescheduling, free of extra charge, or receiving a 95% refund.
